Carol Ladewig
Carol Ladewig lives and works in Oakland, California. Ms. Ladewig received a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MFA from the California College of the Arts, Oakland, CA, where she received a 1991 CCA MFA, Barclay Simpson Award. Since 1991 her work has been exhibited throughout the Bay Area and nationally. Ladewig’s paintings hang in both corporate and private collections across the United States and Europe.

In 2001, Ladewig co-founded the Oakland Art Gallery, a non profit art space. As Executive Director of the gallery, she developed the gallery’s programming, curated exhibitions, and designed the installation of each exhibition, thru 2007.
